All Future Sailors in the Delayed Entry Program, and any other interested candidates who have been through MEPs, and received a qualifying physical, who are interested in the NSW/NSO/AIRR programs, must provide a filled in and signed copy of the documents listed below.

Fill in these documents the best you can, sign them and present them to either the Mentor, Dan Ploussard, Coordinator, Eric Lundquist or Scout, Aaron Albright when you first meet them. At that time we will go over the documents with you and answer any questions you might have.

All Future Sailors, who have not earned a Warrior Challenge contract will write a 500 word essay on each of the NSW/NSO programs, SEAL / SWCC / EOD / ND / AIRR. This document will show the Mentor and Coordinator that you have thoroughly researched all 5 programs, before coming to a decision on your chosen program. This essay will be provided to the Mentor and Coordinator via email, within one week of meeting them.
